André Haug is Managing Partner for Aggancio AB with a broad experience in the retained executive search research industry. André Haug has worked within the executive search industry several years, both internationally and locally in the Nordic market with some of the leading retained executive search firms, such as Heidrick & Struggles. Before founding Aggancio André served as Managing Director for Enviropac Sweden, a leading industrial machinery supplier. Prior to his role in Enviropac Sweden, André served as a Nordic Research Manager in Ajilon Executive Search. Previously André have worked as a Research Associate in Heidrick & Struggles in London and Oslo with focus on international assignments and before that worked as General Manager for FBO a school focusing on personal leadership and management. André holds a Master in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) and a Two Year Education in Theology and Christian Leadership and Management from FBO.
Hans Alveros is Research Manager and based in our Gothenburg office. He holds a Bachelor degree from School of Business, Economics and Law, Göteborg University, specialiced in Organization. He has good knowledge in Startup Businesses and a solid understanding of the mechanisms involved i staring and expanding a business, participated in Venture Cup, handling both Public and Private Investors, Sales, Economy and as the role of CEO. Several years in the Staffing and Recruitment field has given him a wide network and a broad experience in different branches. Experience run from large staffing projects down to critical Management positions at different levels, handling part of or a full recruitment process. Automotive, logistic, IT and Industry are among themore experienced fields.
Arne Ferstad, has more than 25 years experience in life science/healthcare and management consultancy business. Arne is a former senior executive at Pharmacia and BaxterHealthcare internationally. Arne has also served as Partner within the Global Health Care Practice in Heidrick & Struggles serving out from London and Brussels. Arne is today located in Brussles, Belgium.

Anthony
Harling is a senior executive search professional based in London. Anthony is a
former Senior Consultant at Eric Salmon & Partners at their London office.
He focuses on general management and director level searches for companies in
the technology, consulting, FMCG and industrial sectors worldwide. Prior to
Eric Salmon & Partners he was a Partner with Heidrick & Struggles
International. His career there included three years in Germany helping to set
up the local technology practice, as well as leadership of the UK technology
and professional services practices. He was also General Manager/President
Europe responsible for setting up and building a pan-European business unit to
search for emerging talents within Heidrick & Struggles.
